Let's Celebrate!

 

Join me (Eva Kosmas Flores) as I celebrate the release of my long-awaited seasonally-inspired Pacific Northwest cookbook, First We Eat!

Upon arrival, you'll be greeted with a seasonal drink from the book, and we'll be tasting different dishes from the book throughout the evening. Along with food and beverages, you'll also receive a copy of First We Eat and I'd love nothing more than to chat with you and sign it for you while you're there!

All dishes will be prepared by renowned local chefs Mona Johnson and Jaret Foster of Tournant, a passionate duo with a gift for seasonal, bright, and local flavors. The festivities will take place at Tendue, a gorgeous sweeping event space in the Ford Building in the SE industrial district of Portland, Oregon. There will also be a beautiful botanical installation by Gwen Severson of Botanically Inspired for some fun photo ops! Hope to see + feed you there!!
